Dr. Daifallah joined Nephrology Associates in 2015 after completing his Nephrology Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to his fellowship Dr. Daifallah served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University while also serving as a staff physician and Director of Pre-Admission Testing Clinic, for surgical pre-operative evaluation and optimization at the VA Medical Center.
